2. We reserve the right to modify products, specifications, descriptions, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Security

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated details during registration, OTP verification, and checkout.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and one-time verification passwords (OTPs).
3. Any activity conducted under your registered email or mobile number is your responsibility.

3. Pricing, Orders & Taxes

1. All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. An order is confirmed only after successful validation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unserviceable delivery locations.

4. Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. We accept orders via Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible delivery pin codes.
2. A standard, non-refundable handling charge of ₹50.00 applies to all COD orders and is included in the final grand total.
3. Customers must have the exact payable cash amount ready upon arrival of the delivery personnel.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Standard delivery across Karnataka and serviceable Indian regions takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on local rural logistics and transport connectivity.
2. Heavy machinery or oversized equipment may be dispatched via regional freight carriers or arranged for direct warehouse pickup.
3. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the product is handed over to the courier or transport partner.

6. Product Usage & Safety

1. Agricultural equipment, motorized sprayers, and solar tools must be operated strictly according to user manuals and safety guidelines.
2. Basaveshwar Enterprises is not liable for personal injuries, equipment damage, or crop losses resulting from improper machinery handling, hazardous chemical usage, or mechanical alterations.

1. All trademarks, brand logos, product photos, graphics, text, and layout designs on this website are the property of Basaveshwar Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
